How do I order?
Every session receives a set of emails to guide through the processs, from what to wear to reminders. Once your session is done you will receive a gallery link with ordering instructions.
Is there a time limit during our session?
We do not limit our session time but focus on your needs discussed during your consultation. All sessions flow with that being in mind and getting every detail.
How many images should I expect after my session?
Typically we shoot ALOT of images. This is to make sure all eyes are open and we catch every detail. After your session is complete, expect to view 35-50 images in your gallery to choose from.
What products do you include in your portrait collections?
All collections are digital focused including professional editing to every finished image and a print release. Products are available in your online gallery if you would like to add wall art of albums.
What is the typical turnaround time?
After your session we hand edit every image to make sure they look the best possible for you. Our typical turnaround time for your gallery to view is 2 weeks then once you choose your images, they are delivered within 2hours of your order.
Can I order images later?
All sessions are archived for 1 year. If you have placed an intial order, you will receive that discounted price when re-ordering. If you did not place when you had your session, pricing discounts will not be available.
Can I get a variety of group photos?
Want some family photos, individuals of your kids and some of you are your partner? There is no additional charge for multiple group shots and varietys added.
What if I am not happy with my images?
We understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned. It is important to us that you love your purchase. If you are not happy with the final images we offer a complimentary reschedule to try again. Refunds are given if you are not happy with your services after our retainer for time and session are deducted.
